How do I change my CEIVA frame's local dial-in numbers?

Go to My Frames in your ceiva.com account and select Settings alongside your frame. Select Change Dialing # and follow the directions to confirm your dial-in number. If you are changing locations, you can use our Local Availability Tool to find the best local access numbers for your location.

Once the new dial in number have been set, press and hold both the white and black buttons on the back of your CEIVA frame until the LCD screen goes black, then release the buttons. Your frame will connect to retrieve your new settings. This process can take up to 20 minutes to complete.

NOTE: If you are unable to connect by internet and there are no local telephone numbers in your area, you may adjust your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service to Toll-Free Connectivity for an additional fee. Click here for more information
