If you plan to give your registered CEIVA frame to a friend or relative and want them to register the frame for themselves, you want to make sure that you, the original owner of the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame un-register the frame. If not, they will be unable to register this frame as their own.

To unregister your CEIVA frame, log into your ceiva.com account and go to My Frames . From there click on Frame Settings link for the specific frame you wish to remove. From there, click on the Remove button.

This will unregister the frame, allowing the frame to be registered again. If you wish to transfer the remaining PicturePlan Service from the old frame to a new frame, please click here.
