Software updates are designed to improve your photo-viewing experience and are provided free of charge. By updating your software, we are able to introduce new features and functions in how your frame connects and update your user interface. All models of CEIVA frames require software updates.

All CEIVA frames are designed to update automatically when they connect via PicturePlan® Photo Delivery Service. If you are unable to connect for any reason, you can also manually update your CEIVA frame's software version here.
