What are the terms and conditions of lifetime subscriptions?

Lifetime Subscription Terms and Conditions

Lifetime applies to the life of the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame™ - not to the individual member. CEIVA has opted to grandfather in all existing CEIVA frames with a Lifetime Subscription. The previous terms and conditions stated that “the subscription would remain in effect the shorter of seven years or the life of the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame”. In response to member requests, the seven year limit on Lifetime Subscription has been removed. All CEIVA frames with an expired Lifetime Subscription will be re-activated as of May 19, 2008. Lifetime Subscription will now remain in effect for the life of the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame.

The Lifetime Subscription will accompany the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame in the case of a transfer of ownership of the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame; however, the Lifetime Subscription cannot be transferred to a non-CEIVA branded frame manufactured by a different entity or to any other CEIVA Digital Photo Frame. Product repairs and extended warranties will not be available for CEIVA frames with a Lifetime Subscription. Should your CEIVA frame with a Lifetime Subscription stop working for any reason, or you would like to upgrade your frame please contact our Customer Care Team for an exclusive upgrade offer only available to owners of CEIVA frames with a Lifetime Subscription.
