Go to the settings of your frame on the My Frames page in your ceiva.com account.

From your frame

Press the Menu button and navigate to Settings > Slideshow Settings > Slideshow Timing and adjust the Channel Interval setting.

Making your CEIVA Channels stay up longer

Your slideshow will change slides every five seconds by default, but you can change this time to be slower for just your channels so you can read them easier by adjusting the Channel Interval setting.

You can change this time in the settings of your frame on the My Frames page in your ceiva.com account or on your CEIVA frame.

* CEIVA 1™, CEIVA 2™, and CEIVA 3™ models do not have the Slideshow Timing Menu.
