My CEIVA frame is not displaying photos from my media server.
What to Display
Confirm that Media Server photos are enabled on your frame by pressing Menu > What to Display and checking Media Server. Be sure to press Save to confirm.Things to try:
Make sure you have registered your CEIVA frame at ceiva.com to activate your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service.
Confirm that your CEIVA frame is displaying media server photos by pressing Menu and checking Media Server on the What to Display screen.
Make sure that your CEIVA frame is out of Demo Mode. Hold both the Menu and Select buttons on the front of your screen until you see a congratulations message.
