How do I send my CEIVA frame in for repair?
Before sending any product back to CEIVA for repair, contact CEIVA's Customer Care Department at 1-877-692-3482 to record the problem and issue an RMA. We recommend using a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
Insure your package for safe return to CEIVA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
NOTE: United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments offer limited tracking capabilities and that there can be a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
