This fee covers dial-in and formatting service costs for your Receiver. It enables your Receiver to retrieve photos sent to you by your friends and family around the world, and to format the photos so they can be displayed on your Receiver. Also, it provides you with the space and security to store, manage, and organize any number of your photos and images in online albums at ceiva.com. Sending photos to a Digital Photo Receiver is free, regardless of whether or not you have a CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™.  You must be a member to send photos.  Membership is free and available at www.ceiva.com.

All CEIVA PicturePlans™ renew automatically, though you are free to cancel anytime after your commitment has expired. Monthly PicturePlans™ require a 3 month minimum commitment

Note 1: Year and Multi-year subscription service prices subject to change without notice. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM RESULTS IN THE PAYMENT OF A CANCELLATION FEE PLUS A SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE REFUND ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: (1) Cancellation within 30 days from the date of receiver registration results in $10 cancellation fee and full subscription service refund; (2) Cancellation within 31 to 180 days from the date of receiver registration results in a $10 cancellation fee and 50% subscription service refund; (3) Cancellation after 180 days from the date of receiver registration results in no subscription service refund; (4) Cancellation at any time in conjunction with any cash rebate promotion will result in no subscription service refund.

Note 2: CEIVA Network™ service applies to the specific CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ - not to the individual subscriber. The subscription will remain in effect when the CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ is repaired by the manufacturer or an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The subscription will remain in effect when it is transferred to a replacement CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ when that replacement is the repair option selected by the manufacturer or its authorized representative. The subscription will accompany the CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ in the case of a transfer of ownership of the receiver; however, the subscription cannot be transferred to a non-CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ manufactured by a different entity or to a CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ with a different model number or identification number. Each CEIVA Digital Photo Receiver™ purchased requires its own subscription agreement.

Note 3: The CEIVA PicturePlan™ subscription has a three month minimum requirement, after which the owner of the Receiver may opt to cancel the service at anytime. As a convenience, the Monthly Subscription Plan renews automatically on the eve of expiration, each month. The member's credit card will initially be charged for the three month minimum ($29.85 for Local Service, $41.85 for Toll Free Service), after which the automatic monthly renewal will take affect. To change the credit card on file, simply click on "My Profile" from your CEIVA™ home page. The same Cancellation Policy as listed above in Note 1, applies to the Monthly Subscription Plan.

Note 4: Units with 3-Months of Service Included
If you purchased a CEIVA with three months of service included, at the time of registration you must select a subscription to continue your service.  After the initial 3-month period, you will be charged for this subscription.  You may cancel this additional service anytime prior to the end of your initial 3-month period without being charged or incurring a cancellation fee.  Cancellation before the end of the 3-month period does not result in any monetary value of the initial subscription.  After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will be subject to the same monthly and yearly cancellation policies noted above.
