Month-to-Month PicturePlan® Membership

Pay as you go for only $9.95 per month.

Monthly PicturePlan provides you with on-going membership and the convenience of automatic renewal. Once per month, your credit card will be charged $9.95 for your PicturePlan membership.

How it works:

With PicturePlan, your CEIVA connects to an ordinary phone line and dials a local number each night to check for new photos from family and friends. There is no additional phone line needed, no interruption to the existing phone service and no charge for the call. Every morning new photos appearâautomatically. You can even invite your friends as Guests to send you photos for free.

Connect by phone:

Your CEIVA can connect to one of over 12,000 numbers nationwide. Use our Local Availability Tool to find a local dial-in number available in your area. If a local number is not available in your area, we also offer a PicturePlan with toll-free connectivity for $15.95 per month.

Connect by Wi-Fi or Ethernet:

With a CEIVA Wireless™ or CEIVA Broadband™ adapter, your CEIVA can connect to your home network to receive new photos as often as every hour.

Just add a monthly PicturePlan when you register your CEIVA frame.

Terms and Conditions

CEIVA® has local access in most areas across the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. In those areas which we do not have local access we offer toll-free access for an additional fee. You can use our local number availability tool to find out if we have local access in your area.

All CEIVA PicturePlans renew automatically, though you are free to cancel anytime after your commitment has expired. Monthly PicturePlans require a 3 month minimum commitment

Note 1: Year and Multi-year subscription service prices subject to change without notice. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM RESULTS IN THE PAYMENT OF A CANCELLATION FEE PLUS A SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE REFUND ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: (1) Cancellation within 30 days from the date of frame registration results in $10 cancellation fee and full subscription service refund; (2) Cancellation within 31 to 180 days from the date of frame registration results in a $10 cancellation fee and 50% subscription service refund; (3) Cancellation after 180 days from the date of frame registration results in no subscription service refund; (4) Cancellation at any time in conjunction with any cash rebate promotion will result in no subscription service refund.

Note 2: PicturePlan service applies to the specific CEIVA Digital Photo Frame - not to the individual subscriber. The subscription will remain in effect when the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame is repaired by the manufacturer or an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The subscription will remain in effect when it is transferred to a replacement CEIVA Digital Photo Frame when that replacement is the repair option selected by the manufacturer or its authorized representative. The subscription will accompany the CEIVA Digital Photo Frame in the case of a transfer of ownership of the frame; however, the subscription cannot be transferred to a non-CEIVA Digital Photo Frame manufactured by a different entity or to a CEIVA Digital Photo Frame with a different model number or identification number. Each CEIVA Digital Photo Frame purchased requires its own subscription agreement.

Note 3: The CEIVA PicturePlan subscription has a three month minimum requirement, after which the owner of the frame may opt to cancel the service at anytime. As a convenience, the Monthly Subscription Plan renews automatically on the eve of expiration, each month. The member's credit card will initially be charged for the three month minimum ($29.85 for Local Service, $41.85 for Toll Free Service), after which the automatic monthly renewal will take affect. To change the credit card on file, simply click on "My Profile" from your CEIVA home page. The same Cancellation Policy as listed above in Note 1, applies to the Monthly Subscription Plan.

Note 4: Units with 3-Months of Service Included
If you purchased a CEIVA frame with three months of service included, at the time of registration you must select a subscription to continue your service. The full three months of local service will be applied to the CEIVA frame. If a local number is not available in your area, CEIVA will provide you with one month of toll-free PicturePlan service for every two months of local PicturePlan service you have. CEIVA is adding local numbers every month. Should a local number become available in your area, CEIVA will provide you with two months of local PicturePlan service for every one month of toll-free PicturePlan service remaining in your account. After the initial 3-month period, you will be charged for this subscription at either the Local or the Toll Free rate. You may cancel this additional service anytime prior to the end of your initial 3-month period without being charged or incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation before the end of the 3-month period does not result in any monetary value of the initial subscription. After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will be subject to the same monthly and yearly cancellation policies noted above.

Note 5: Units with 1-Year of Service Included
If you purchased a CEIVA frame with 1-year of PicturePlan service included, you will automatically receive 1 year of our local PicturePlan service at the time of registration. In the event, you require a Toll-free PicturePlan we will automatically convert your subscription based on a 2 to 1 conversion rate, meaning you will receive 6 months of Toll-free PicturePlan service.
