CEIVA Photo Submission Terms and Conditions

  1. All entries must be submitted through the designated photo submission form.
  2. If your photo is selected to be featured in a CEIVA Channel, you will be notified via email.
  3. By entering, you give CEIVA® the permission to use your photo in the CEIVA® Newsletter, e-mails, website, printed materials, social media websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and any other promotional materials distributed by CEIVA® Logic, Inc. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site, marketing materials or email newsletters properly. Entry does not guarantee inclusion into a CEIVA channel.
  4. CEIVA® is not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures. CEIVA® reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend any photo submission period at any time for any reason.
  5. The decision of CEIVA® for use of any submitted photo will be final and not open to review or negotiation.
  6. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
  7. Photo entries must be acceptable according to standards: No violent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent material will be accepted, nor any that infringe on copyright or trademarks. The CEIVA staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
  8. These terms and conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
  9. By submitting a photo, entrant grants the CEIVA staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), entrant's name, and name and/or location of the subject of the photo. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
  10. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and will abide by all official rules.
  11. The decision of CEIVA® Logic, Inc. in all matters relating to the rules and administration of this photo submission shall be final.
