CEIVA PicShareBowl Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

Show off your gameday celebrations and show support for your favorite team! Send us a photo starting Thursday, February 4 to enter the CEIVA PicShareBowl Photo Contest. CEIVA will accept photos showcasing celebrations and football-related activity for the two teams through February 8.

The CEIVA Judges will select the best photo from each team, and the photo from the weekend's winning team will get a prize pack of:

  • TWO CEIVA Pro 80 Digital Photo Frames
  • TWO Years of PicturePlan® Photo Delivery Service
  • TWO CEIVA Skin designs of the winning team
  1. All photo entries to CEIVA's PicShareBowl Photo Contest must be submitted through a designated contest entry email address. Unique contest email addresses will be assigned to accept photo entries from the fans of each of the respective teams playing in the big game on Sunday February 7th 2010. New Orleans fans should submit their photos to NFC@ceiva.com. Fans of Indianapolis should submit their entry photos to AFC@ceiva.com.
  2. Email address for entry submission will also be published at ceiva.com, on CEIVA's Facebook pages and via CEIVA's Twitter communications.
  3. Photo entries to the CEIVA's PicShareBowl will be accepted from 8 AM PT February 4th 2010 until 11:59PM PT Monday February 8th 2010.
  4. Entry photos will be limited to two (2) entries per any one of the contest email addresses. If more than 2 photo entries are submitted, only the first two (2) will be accepted as entries into the CEIVA's PicShareBowl Photo Contest.
  5. The CEIVA PicShareBowl is a photo sharing competition between fans of the teams playing in the big game on Sunday February 7th 2010. The winning photo will be selected from the pool of photos entered into the competition from a team's fan base that submits the most photos. A consolation prize will be awarded to a fan from the team's whose fan base submitted the least amount of photos for their favored team.
  6. Prizes – The winning photo will receive a CEIVAPro80 twin pack and two custom skins. Total value: $479.88. The consolation prize will receive a CEIVAPro80 frame and one custom skin. Total value: $249.94
  7. CEIVA® Logic, Inc judges will select the winning photo based on its theme, originality, content and composition.
  8. Winners will be notified via email and announced on www.ceiva.com and CEIVA's Facebook pages.
  9. By entering this contest, you give CEIVA® the permission to publish your photo in the CEIVA® Newsletter, e-mails, website, Facebook pages, printed materials and any other promotional materials distributed by CEIVA® Logic, Inc. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to obliterate corporate logos and trademarks as well as modifications to allow the image to fit our site, Facebook pages, marketing materials or email newsletters properly.
  10. The CEIVA's PicShareBowl Photo Contest is open only to legal US Residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  11. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  12. Employees of CEIVA® and its related companies, agents, and suppliers, as well as corporate and government accounts with volume-purchase-level agreements are not eligible to participate.
  13. CEIVA® is not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures. CEIVA® reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of CEIVA® corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest.
  14. The CEIVA's PicShareBowl Photo Contest winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality and quality of his or her entry. CEIVA® reserves the right to disqualify non-football themed photos. The decision of the judges will be final and not open to review or negotiation.
  15. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than you. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
  16. Photo entries must be acceptable according to standards: No violent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent material will be accepted, nor any that infringe on copyright or trademarks. The CEIVA staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
  17. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  18. These contest rules shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
  19. By submitting a photo, entrant grants the CEIVA staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), and entrant's name. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published, and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
  20. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and will abide by all official rules.
  21. The decision of CEIVA® Logic, Inc. in all matters relating to the rules and administration of the contest shall be final.
