Entries must be received by March 9, 2007 to qualify. Submit your photo to ceivaphoto@ceiva.com.

1. All entries must include your name, mailing address, and phone number.
   
2. Two finalists will be chosen from all photos received. Members will be given the opportunity to vote on their favorite silly photo in the CEIVA® March 2007 Newsletter.
   
3. Winner will be announced in the CEIVA® April 2007 Newsletter.
4. Enter as many times as you would like. Only one vote per person, and per computer station.
   
5. By entering, you give CEIVA® the permission to publish your photo in the CEIVA® Newsletter, e-mails, website, printed materials and any other promotional materials distributed by CEIVA® Logic, Inc.
   
6. The CEIVA® Photo of the Month Contest is open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are CEIVA® customers and members in good standing.
   
7. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   
8. Employees of CEIVA® and its related companies, agents, and suppliers, as well as corporate and government accounts with volume-purchase-level agreements are not eligible to participate.
   
9. CEIVA® is not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures.  CEIVA® reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of CEIVA® corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest.
   
10. The Silliest Photo winner will be selected based on the originality of his or her entry. The decision of the judges will be final and not open to review or negotiation.
    
11. Photo entries must be acceptable according to standards: No violent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent material will be accepted, nor any that infringe on copyright or trademarks.
    
12. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    
13. These contest rules shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
    
14. Entrants represent and warrant that their entries are original to them, have not been previously published and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
    
15. Each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and will abide by all official rules.
    
16. The decision of CEIVA® Logic, Inc. in all matters relating to the rules and administration of the contest shall be final.
